API Storage report will put a lid on oil price - Sept 28

API's weekly storage report after the markets closed:

API crude inventories reported +4.127M barrels with Cushing, OK reporting a build of 0.359M barrels.
Gasoline reported +3.555M
Distillates reported +2.483M

First overall build in quite sometime. This is the "Shoulder Season" when builds are normal, but traders will react to this.
