Silverbow Resources

Post by RTaber1 »

Would it be correct that SBOW's April acquisitions are not priced in because their financials are not yet available to analyst to review for their impact on the company?

When the review and analysis is completed in the months to come, there may be upward revision in the price objective?

Thank you.

TipRank's 4/21/2022:
"Truist analyst Neal Dingmann raised the firm's price target on SilverBow Resources to $62 from $50 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares as part of a broader research note on Exploration and Production names going into Q1 reporting season. Most companies in the group continue to focus on efficiencies and costs in order to take advantage of continued strong commodity prices generating notable shareholder returns, with virtually no plans to increase activity, the analyst tells investors in a research note."

SilverBow did provide enough details so analyst can build the impact of the Sundance Acquisition into their models. I have baked it into my forecast/valuation model which you can find on the EPG website under the Small-Caps tab.

SilverBow has very little coverage. Neal Dingmann is the only well-known analyst that follows it.

It takes time for the Wall Street Gang to figure this stuff out, which is why you pay me to find these "gems" before they do.

Hang Tough, SilverBow is going to put up some very impressive results this year.
