Re: Sweet 16 Companies announcing Q1 results this week
We will be publishing an updated profile on AR tomorrow morning. It will be posted to the EPG website this afternoon.
At the current NYMEX strip for HH natural gas, Antero should generate over $3 billion of Free Cash Flow from operations this. They will pay off the outstanding balance due on their revolvers in June. I think AR will expand their share buyback and start paying a dividend.
"FEAR of the Fed" is causing an overall market selloff that keeps these super profitable companies from moving higher. Fund managers are forced to sell good stocks to pay redemptions.
Devon Energy (DVN) is also going to announced very strong Q1 results today after the markets close. I moved DVN and PXD from the Sweet 16 to our High Yield Income Portfolio.
