Morgan Stanley analyst Devin McDermott maintained a Hold rating on Antero Resources (AR – Research Report) today and set a price target of $41.00. The company’s shares closed last Monday at $45.70, close to its 52-week high of $46.68.

It will take a bit more time for The Big Paradigm Shift to sink if for some of the Wall Street Gang.
Keep in mind that most of the analysts covering this sector are much younger that I am (68). The U.S. has enjoyed 13 years of low natural gas prices and the young analysts can't imagine an extended period of an under-supplied U.S. gas market.
It is not Putin's fault: High natural gas prices are the result of piss poor leadership and FEAR of Global Warming. Consumers will pay much higher prices for home heating fuels this coming winter and the blame is on those that have blocked all attempts to build the infrastructure needed to deliver U.S. ngas to markets in the Northeast that are forced to import LNG at 5X the price. Why do people in the Northeast keep electing idiots? Answer: FEAR of Global Warming. FEAR is being used to control the population.
We will see double-digit natural gas prices in Q3. If the ngas storage deficit grows in June and July/August is just normal summer weather, we may see $15 ngas prices as winter approaches.
All of our gassers (AR, CRK, CTRA, RRC and SBOW) could be triples for us this year.
