Re: EPG Podcast - June 18 AR

Just reviewed latest podcast. Good info!
I like using FCF/EV and I want to see something that yields 20 % or greater. ie 5.0x
Ar at 3.0 b FCF / ( Mcap + debt) is 3/(10.7 equity + 2.0 debt= 12.7)= 23.6 % roi
And as your model shows, next year is even higher

Question:

1. When you mention Tipranks, do you use the 4 most current estimates or all current estimates

More research on AR from Seeking Alpha:

I like this guy, he is ultra conservative in his forecasts. he has 3.2 b cash flow but this was before recent dip

https://seekingalpha.com/article/451653 ... -potential

He uses the strip and has cash taxes for next year

The TipRank's stock price targets shown on the forecast models are the average of what they have received in the last three months. I also like to show the 3 or 4 most recent price target updates by other analysts on each forecast model. Raymond James and Stifel are using oil & gas prices close to what I am using.

“If you were an oil company, why would you invest hundreds of millions of dollars into expanding refining capacity if you thought the federal government or investors would shut you down in the next few years? The narrative coming from the Biden administration is absolutely insane.”
