My valuation of PXD is $360.

It offers double digit dividend yield (over 13% as of the July 1 closing price), which should go up to 15% yield in 2H 2022.

Thanks for sharing Fraser. Would anyone know which companies in the sweet 16 produces the heavy crude that the US refineries use? Thinking that in the event Gov. ban oil exports, the heavy crude oil companies would be more valuable than the light sweet stuff that we do not use. I don't know

Hemisphere (HMENF) is out only pure heavy oil company and it pays a nice dividend.

Ovintiv (OVV) produces about 45,000 bpd of Plant Condensate that is also in high demand.

The Feds are not going to ban oil exports. It would doom their friends in Europe and it won't lower gasoline prices.

Most conventional oil (non-shale) can be used to make diesel. It is only the ultra-light shale oil that cannot make diesel.
