This company evolved out of Centennial Resources (merged with Colgate to form PR) which was founded by Mark Papa. He was one of the most brilliant in the business at the time. He retired as CEO during COVID. Mark's fundamentals was buy good rock, develop with the best technologies, and stay fiscally conservative, a bit like his predecessor company EOG. Though Mark is gone from the team, it appears the team at PR subscribes to those principles.
