PR Proforma post merger with ESTE

I have a conference call this morning. After the call I will add my forecast models for PR and ESTE together.
I love it when two under-valued Sweet 16 companies merge.
> Size matters in this business.
> Increased scale will draw a lot of attention from the Wall Street Gang.
> Two high quality teams + the relationship with NOG already in place.
> Running 11 operated drilling rigs = steady production growth < All funded by operating cash flow.
> Incredible amount of running room in the Delaware Basin, which has the best well-level economics in the U.S.
> Dividends allows a lot of "Growth + Income" funds to buy it.
