In Basin Data Centers
Rob West of Thunder Said Energy has published a recent (behind paywall) research piece analyzing the optimal locations to build data centers. His conclusion is that building data centers in gas basins is superior both in terms of cost and time to place in service compared to shipping gas via pipeline to power plants at data centers centers, or building power plants close to gas basins and transmitting electricity to remote data centers. Look for deals to be made in Permian, Haynesville, and Appalachia. It would seem to me that Antero with its control of Antero Midstream is positioned well to capitalize on this opportunity.
