Kimbell Royalty Partners (KRP) Valuation Update - June 21

I have finished reviewing the updated profile and forecast model for KRP. My current valuation is $21.50.
My forecast model has been posted to the EPG website and the profile will be emailed to all EPG members this afternoon.

Kimbell Royalty Partners is one of the four minerals/royalties companies in our High Yield Income Portfolio.

It is a partnership that has elected to be taxed as a C-Corp. It is a good fit for an IRA account.

It is getting a nice revenue boost from rising natural gas & NGL prices.

It pays quarterly dividends that at are ~75% of DCF.

Based on my forecast model, KRP should generate more than 11% dividend yield over the next 12 months.
