GTE is having it's annual meeting on 6-27-2012. One of their proposals we are to vote on is: "proposal to approve an amendment to Gran Tierra's 2007 Equity Incentive Plan to increase the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock authorized for issuance under the plan from 23,306,100 to 39,806,100."

What are your thoughts on this proposal?

JMHO, but I always vote "NO" on any stock/options plan...figure the salary should be enough...
