Conditions are now favorable for a Tropical Storm to form near the Mexican coast and move up the Texas Gulf Coast. The cool front over Houston on Sunday is likely to keep the eye of the storm at sea until it is east of Galveston, but that forecast can change.

The following week it looks like a Tropical Strom will impact the Northeast Atlantic Coast.
