EIA fresh 914 report shows that actual U.S. oil production DECLINED from June to July. EIA's weekly ESTIMATES in July were too high.

U.S. oil production is flat to slightly down because the gas-to-oil ratio in the Permian Basin is growing. Limited pipeline access for natural gas in West Texas makes it difficult if not impossible for U.S. oil production to grow.
