AI Stocks

"The Magnificent 7 now trade at an average of 41 times earnings. Outside of Nvidia, however, "the rest of the group is expected to post a measly 3% increase in profits in 2025." - Bloomberg

"Into this stampede of animal spirits, the Fed is expected to cut interest rates again next week. Meanwhile, inflation remains a very persistent and pernicious problem for the most vulnerable of society for whom prices are still rising at a rate of more than 6% this year." - Jesse Felder

During Biden's presidency, food prices have increased by 28%.

The Sweet 16, which are all profitable and generating free cash flow, is trading at an average of 7.64 X earnings (based on my 2025 forecasts).

The lowest PE ratio of 4.3 belongs to SM Energy (SM), which is now #1 out of the 82 stocks in Harry van Necks database.

On the updated Sweet 16 summary spreadsheet, you can find the PE ratio for each company under Tab 2, column Q.

What amazes me is that this is one of my worst years in the market because i have been in oil and gas and uranium. Uranium setntiment is at rock bottom and seems that way for OG, too. Uranium stocks like cameco still up for year but huge writedowns like OG. What is it going to take to change sentiment in oil stocks. multiples are insane.

In two weeks, the tax loss selling ends. In January we will have a Pro-America and Pro-Energy president. In February, all of the companies in our three model portfolios will announce profitable Q4 results. In March, demand for transportation fuels always increases.

Plus, Trump's going to enforce sanctions against Iran that will tighten up the global oil market.
