Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. (NMG) is hosting our first EPG luncheon of 2025 on March 19th. Eric knows a lot more about graphene than I do, so attend the luncheon and ask him about the potential.

Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd (GMG.V) also looks interesting.

Panasonic and GM have recently invested in NMG.

Yes Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. is  mining. HydroGraph is producing 99.8 % pure Graphene synthetically. Google: 99.8 % Pure Grahpene and only one company comes up.

Ten tons of Graphene produced annually from each HydroGraph machine. $ 10 million capital expenditure equates to $ 100 million revenues. Approximately 44 HydroGraph machines equate to the $ 10 million capital expenditure. Per ton Graphene revenue is approximately
$ 225,000. This is low end.

If you could find a company able to produce a material with the following properties and do it at a very low cost, might you want to own shares of that company before the world finds out?

That material which was only discovered in 2003 is graphene. Hydrograph Clean Power (Toronto-HG/OTCBB -HGRAF) is the only company in the world that is able to produce pure graphene on a commercial scale and do so economically.

Note US Military is testing: Graphene is 200 times stronger than Steel

These are excepts from presentation by HydroGraph CEO Kjirstin Breure

"So throughout 2025, one of our largest goals is really securing access to our primary feedstock and showing to customers that we have an unlimited capacity to produce and then to speak to our commercial pipeline. We're speaking with about 50 customers and these are very active discussions. Probably between 10 and 15 have large active projects where we're consistently engaging with their scientists. Some companies are naturally more private and we don't have that level of interaction. But if we're looking at volume, so our selling price for one ton of graphene is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. So between 5 and 7 of these 50 customers are looking for fully commercialized thousands of metric tons of graphene annually. So these are potentially truly massive in scale. And of course it goes without saying it, it's a gradual round up to get to that stage".

"You know, we've not only had a lot of interest from the US military, we've been working with them for I guess almost a year now. I think that area is going to grow more and more within defense, national security and of course just American manufacturing in general."

"I like this question. Yes. So we are looking at doubling the capacity for a very minimal, well, let's say moderate increase to the CapEx cost. But this is going to not only improve our efficiency, our flow rates from an engineering perspective, we're going to see a huge amount of improvements. And yes, we are very focused on automating. We have a new system that we'll be implementing within the next year, year and a half. So it will all be, you know, robotics computer controlled. It is already computer controlled, but we will continue to advance that system further."

So we are a graphene producer and we produce graphene via detonation synthesis. So literally, we blow up hydrocarbon gases, we pump in Acetylene and oxygen into a steel chamber. We ignite that gaseous mixture with a spark from an electrode. It destabilizes the molecules. The temperature shoots up to 2500 Kelvin. And really all of the carbon that was in the Acetylene becomes a crystalline graphene powder. So it's of course a gas phase reaction. There's no graphite required for the production of graphene.

And we believe that it is the explosion that really gives us the purity and the consistency that we have. So we have a very scalable process. It's pretty exciting to see the performance that we've had. We do believe we have the best performing material in the industry and we think that it's again the kind of simplicity of the system, at least theoretically that we have this very, very crystalline, very high performing material.

It's not that they order 1000 tons on day one. I would say that likely the average customer is looking for 10s or hundreds of tons. So you can imagine that for a small company like us, I think our market cap is 80, 80 million Canadian today. Just one of these happening would would make us a fundamentally different company. So it's a very, very exciting place to be. We do expect to sign our first large commercial agreement this year, likely towards the end of this year. But again, there's so many on the go and it's moving so quickly now that it's difficult to tell really which one it's going to be and what's going to be required. But we're very, very confident that if it's not one, it will be multiple. And they're, they're very near term. So excellent. I might actually still step back now and and then again, ask more of a personal reflective question just on, on your own experiences within the sector.

" I think that for us really what we're looking towards is this year we're going to have a number of larger purchase orders come through engineering revenue that are tied to these industrial scale UPS. And so we should kind of bring that pipeline that we have to life even if we can't disclose the customer names that we're working with and timed with what we believe is going to come in towards the end of this year. We want to list on NASDAQ. And I think that if that is very well timed, we should really take off by the end of the year, if not absolutely beginning of next year. And so again, I think we're very undervalued now and I hope to continue to deliver on our milestones, but we should be a very different company quite soon."

Graphene is:

200 times stronger than steel.
It is extremely flexible as it can bend and stretch to 120% of its original size.
Its thermal conductivity is 10 times that of copper.
It is impermeable so that all elements, even hydrogen, cannot penetrate its structure.
Its electrical conductivity is 1,000 times current capacity of copper.
Its electronic behavior is unique in that electrons can move at near the speed of light through it.
It is highly transparent.
Flame resistant
UV resistant
Extremely thin owing to its single layer atomic structure
Extremely stiff

Drones would be a great application with this tech.
I am all in on this company.
The three graphene companies with the; most upside right now.
LYden, working on batteries, and other products the company has great reviews. private company The largest of the three.

Universal Matters, also private with a plant In Canada, maybe more like Hydrograph. talks about a contract with Ford.

Hydrograph, public company, nice write up above in this thread...

Their are dozens of other companies whose products do not give consistent results when performing.
The market is huge but will take some time to incorporate the graphene is the host products.

HydroGraph (HG) CEO Kjirstin Breure

"We do believe that Hydrograph will be the dominant graphene company. I think we have everything it takes to get there. We have the best production method in my opinion. We really have the best graphene. I think our our progress this year alone really shows that we're really looking forward to showing more data. I think our data is extremely strong and as is the customer interest. So of course there's a timeline associated to the scale up plans, but good things are coming within 2024 and absolutely within 2025 So to imagine where we will be in five year I think it's going to be great to see that."

Roadster,
Thank you for all your info in Hydrograph. Just listened to the CEO in this video. Lots of transformational opportunities with this little company. My only concern is that she has those Elizabeth Holmes’ eyes from Theranos. Otherwise , I’m very impressed . Thanks again.

LOL You are welcome. CEO Kjirstin Breure can talk the talk. I know some of the professors at Arizona State University where she got her Masters in Materials Engineering. It is a great program. I believe CEO Kjirstin Breure is much better looking than Elizabeth Holmes.

I have watched now about eight presentations and she handles all questions well.

I will be laying out in detail the risks.

I have been very impressed also. Glad to share as IMHO this is unusual.

Dan provides a great Forum. I own several of the sweet 16 and the high yields. My favorite is KRP with a 11% yield and 79% being nontaxable.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, January 7, 2025 — HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. (CSE: ‎HG) (OTCQB: HGRAF) (the “Company” or “HydroGraph”) a sustainable commercial manufacturer of pristine graphene, today issued a letter to shareholders from President & CEO, Kjirstin Breure.

Dear Shareholders:

As we enter 2025, on behalf of HydroGraph I would like to take a moment to wish you a Happy New Year. You have played an important role in helping us advance projects across all areas of our business over the past few years, and I look forward to sharing more of our accomplishments in the year ahead.

Looking back on 2024, I am proud of the significant progress the HydroGraph team has made to differentiate our proprietary capabilities and position us as the leading sustainable producer of pristine graphene. We advanced our application development work, established new partnerships, and opened new performance driven commercial relationships through advanced testing and small batch (test) production of our high-quality graphene.

The list below highlights just a few of our 2024 achievements that demonstrate the immense diversity and value potential in the application of high purity, functional and specialized graphene products:

Hawkeye Bio selected HydroGraph’s graphene for use in the company’s biomedical sensor aimed at the early detection of lung cancer, results of which were subsequently published in the journal Nature (https://www.nature.com/articles/s43856-024-00461-7);

We advanced key industry partnerships to promote graphene research (GEIC), support the development of graphene-enhanced battery materials (NEI Corporation) and support the creation of supercapacitor technology to increase the adoption of renewable energy (Volfpack Energy);
Our graphene was used in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) test results to demonstrate a reduction of up to 20% in the material used in the manufacturing of plastic bottles;

Pristine graphene from HydroGraph was used to validate the superior technical and commercial performance of cement, resulting in improved strength by up to 70% in the early curing period;

We expanded on our commitment to provide customers with test quantities of HydroGraph’s pristine graphene for use in supercapacitor technology and automotive composites, including a key global automotive customer; and

We submitted two new U.S. patent application filings for graphene-coated hollow glass microsphere technology, expanding the Company’s differentiated technology portfolio.

Our focus in 2025 will be to strengthen our customer pipeline and begin commercializing these successes by securing our first major supply contract, expanding our application development capabilities and introducing new product line offerings. As part of that effort, we are moving ahead on plans to open additional production capacity in sync with demand growth, access higher volume supply of key hydrocarbon inputs used in our patented explosion synthesis process and lay the groundwork for improved margin efficiency as we scale our throughput volume.

In order to deliver on these targets, we plan to make progress in the following key areas:

Automotive composites: Pilot industrial scale-up production volumes, leading to a commercial supply order by end of 2025.
PET packaging: Continue key testing in support of regulatory requirements, with commercial scale-up planned upon FDA approval within the next 12+ months.

Energy storage: Commence commercial supply agreement discussions with lead customers in 2025.
Aerospace: Continue material optimization efforts underway ahead of formulation and scale up anticipated late in 2025.
Defense: Advance second phase testing currently underway; six months of optimization expected before scale-up order.
Construction: Complete phase 2 testing now in progress then commence a pilot scale trial in 2025.
The recent funding round completed in December of 2024 with the support of insider, existing and new investors means that we are well capitalized to purse these initiatives. Even so, we remain dedicated to our principles of cost efficiency and careful stewardship of our resources. In doing so, we continue to prioritize projects with strong commercial qualities, benefits tied to high purity or functional graphenes and identified market demand.

We have set high but achievable objectives, and I am confident our team, partners and technology platform positions HydroGraph to achieve these goals. Thank you again for your continued support and I look forward to updating you on our progress in 2025.

Sincerely,

Kjirstin Breure
President & CEO

Excerpts from June 6, 2023 initial coverage by Fundamental Research Corp
--
MY Note this is some 20 months ago and a lot has happened.---note the Fair Value estimated on June 6 2023

NOTE THE RISKS STATED BELOW

Current Price June 6, 2023 $ .10 CDN (about ( $ .07 USA)

Fair Value $ 1.04 CDN

Formed in 2017, and operating out of Kansas, HG is commercializing a patented technology (Hyperion), capable of producing high-purity graphene in large-scale.

The company went public through an IPO in 2021.

Discovered in 2014, graphene is the thinnest/lightest/strongest material known. It is five times lighter than aluminium, and 200 times stronger than steel, and harder than diamond.

Graphene has a wide range of applications in sectors such as energy, transportation, aerospace, electronics, lubricants, coating, and specialty chemicals.

Key advantages of HG’s Hyperion system vs other graphene production technologies are relatively low COGS (direct expenses)/CAPEX, and ability to produce consistent/uniform high-purity graphene in large-scale.

Unlike several existing technologies, Hyperion does not use graphite to produce graphene, but relies on readily available gases (oxygen and acetylene) as inputs.

Third-party tests have confirmed that HG can produce high-purity graphene consistently. HG is the only North American producer certified by the Graphene Council.

A major advantage of Hyperion is that it is compact and modular, allowing easy transportation and deployment.

Each Hyperion unit can produce 10 tonnes of graphene per year (initial CAPEX: $250k). Management is aiming to build 50+ units, implying an annual capacity of 500 tonnes per year (tpy), or 4% of the global graphene market.

We believe these units can potentially generate $100M in annual revenue.

Upcoming catalysts include initial sales orders, commercial production, and rising awareness of the benefits of graphene.

RISKS➢
The company is in pre-revenue stage
The value of the company is dependent on graphene prices
No guarantee that its products will gain traction
Require approvals from the Environmental Protection Agency
➢ Potential for patent infringement

Universal Matters is another one to watch.
James Tour out of Rice in Houston is behind this, one of his grad students come up with their method of making graphene. They have a factory in Canada.
They claim they can make one ton a day.
Many companies will do well in this industry.

Thanks for posting,I think Kristin had an impressive report card in school. Multiple companies can be successful with graphene because the market is so large. Hydrograph edge is how pure it is with consistent results every time. Loading graphene into a host product, the host company requires no risk when creating a new material. Hydrograph can fulfill that objective. My own prediction with this lottery stock which I own, is a ten bagger by Christmas. Don't buy this stock on my guess, do your own DD.
