Working gas in storage was 3,776 Bcf as of Friday, October 12, 2012, according to EIA estimates. This represents a net increase of 51 Bcf from the previous week. Stocks were 181 Bcf higher than last year at this time and 249 Bcf above the 5-year average of 3,527 Bcf.
Looks like natural gas in storage will peak around 3.9 TCF before we see our first winter heating season draws, which normally start around mid-November.
Yesterday, I heard that Canadian NG storage is full.
