SM Energy

Post by dan_s »

An updated company profile and forecast model for SM Energy (SM) has been posted under the Sweet 16 Tab.

SM Energy is trading at a very low multiple of cash flow per share and it has double digit production and proven reserves growth locked in for at least three years. 2012 production is up close to 28% year-over-year and I expect at least 20% production growth in 2013. SM Energy also offers investors a very low risk way to add more exposure to natural gas, while you get exposure to the Big Three oil plays (Bakken, Eagle Ford and Permian Basin).
