EV Energy Partners, an upstream MLP is now presenting at InvestFest.

EVEP is going to sell over 100,000 acres in the Utica Shale and plans to use the money to buy more mature producing properties, so the first sale will be tax free.

Delays in the sale have caused the units to sell down. Buying opportunity?

They have another 70,000 net acres they plan to sell in 2014 or 2015.

Activity in the Utica Shale and production is really going to pick this summer. EVEP has a good midstream opportunity in eastern Ohio. Speaker mentioned that GPOR is going to ramp up production this summer.
