Watch Lists

Once a month we update our E&P and Drillers Watch Lists. I just posted the updated versions as of June 7 stock prices.

> I urge you all to take a look at the Drillers Watch List and see how much their outlooks for 2014 have improved. The Offshore drillers really look good to me and remember their rigs are under long-term contracts to major E&P companies, so they have very good earnings visability. Some of them pay good dividends.

> On the E&P Watch List I have highlighted the companies in our Small-Cap Growth Portfolio. You can see how they shape up with the peer group.

We are currently taking a hard look at Sanchez Energy (SN) and we will issue a report of Magnum Hunter (MHR) shortly after they catch up on their financial reporting.
