Peter: That is a good article and a detailed look at SARA. Early in June I valued the stock at $3.31/share, but because I show it reporting quarterly losses for the next three quarters and declining production, I dropped if from our Small-Cap Growth Portfolio.

SARA should make it, but they definitely need to "right the ship" and start to show steadily increasing production. Good Q2 results would definitely help.

Another concern I have with this one is hurricane risk. Hurricane Isaac really set them back last year. Another direct hit and they will be in trouble.
