July and August call option implied volatility is at 34, September is at 32; near its 26-week average of 32 according to Track Data. Active call option volume suggests traders taking positions for larger price movement.

Only a major could takeover RRC. Not totally out of the realm of possibilities. As I discussed in today's Live Chat, the Marcellus Shale is a real gem for North America.
