EnerJex is very excited about the merger. It could be a "company maker" for them if they can get the capital necessary to develop the combined assets. Their relationship with WCOF should help with that part.

I have already started talking to EnerJex about presenting to EPG groups in Dallas and Houston soon after the deal closes.

I've had several calls on this one. My take is that it flops around and ends up around $0.70/share when the merger closes. Assuming the deal closes in Q3, ENRJ should be a much stronger company heading into Q4.

It always takes time for "the smoke to clear" on mergers and major acquisitions.
