i believe it will be shorterm. i do think they could have set a somewhat higher price.

This brings my Fair Value Estimate down to the $9.00 to $9.50 range. I will take a hard look at it this weekend.
Result is a stronger balance sheet and insures they have the liquidity to fund an aggressive growth program. For E&P companies of this size it is all about building a solid base of proven reserves.
TPLM is on a fiscal year that ends January 31st, therefore Q2 results will not come out until early September.
