Just another example of why you guys pay me the "Big Bucks" for an EPG membership.

I added MTDR to our Small-Cap Growth Portfolio a couple months ago with a Fair Value Estimate of $24/share. You can find my profile on the company under our Watch List Tab.

well, it was a nice run and the doji candlestick monday was enough to convince me to take the quick profits. only 3 pts from dan's fv was not enough to risk the profits.

might get back in when the dust settles--time will tell.

seeking alpha article here fwiw.

Matador Resources cut to Hold from Buy at Canaccord • 11:19 AM

Matador Resources (MTDR -6.1%) is downgraded to Hold from Buy with a $21 price target at Canaccord, which awaits meaningful updates in December at its analyst day.
MTDR continues to impress operationally in the Eagle Ford as it lowers well costs through pad drilling, reduced fracking costs and improvement in well design, but the firm believes these have been noticed by the Street.

Buy this dip. Canaccord downgraded the stock only because it had reached their price target. I am expecting very good Q3 results.
