ENRJ

Post by davidc257 »

Any idea on when the merger is set to take place? Is the merger still on? ENRJ has been behaving poorly of late.

Cheers,

The merger closed and Black Raven holders are waiting for their ENRJ shares.

Thanks. I note that this stock is no longer on Dan's watch list listing - any significance to this omission?

I urged Dan to check back with Robert Watson and see what the pro forma might look like here.

Another small play I like for M&A announced today it has hired an advisor to help look at alternatives, FPP. The founder was killed in a car crash last summer and I suspect the estate needs a deal.

ENRJ is a nice company. I dropped it from our Small-Cap Growth Portfolio only because I had no info on the private company they are merging with.

FPP may be taken over by Oak Valley Resources LLC that is hosting our luncheon in Houston on November 19. Those of you in Houston should definitely attend.
