Great news. I have LINE in one of our IRA accounts.

I think LINE will move up to mid-$30s when this deal closes. My Fair Value Estimate is $40/unit.

Yes. Take a look at my forecast model for LINE, which can be found under the MLP Tab. See row 48.

Note that over 98% of forecast oil production for 2014 is hedged at over $90/bbl. Natural gas for 2014 is hedged at $5.14/mcf.
