OAS

I am working on my valuation model for Oasis Petroleum (OAS). I rate it a "Screaming Buy" at today's price because I think their year-end reserve report is going to be VERY GOOD. The stock is trading today below NAV based on their last reserve report. That is crazy for a company with this much good acreage in the Bakken. Read this.

Dan, Wall Street thinks oil will be selling for $70 in April.

I can see WTI dipping to upper $80s this Spring, but you never know. Wall Street sure doesn't know where oil is going to be six months from now. NYMEX futures contract for June 2014 is $96/bbl.

OPEC (Saudi Arabia) will keep Brent over $100/bbl IMO.

Of course they don't know - but for now they are playing a perception - and it is working.

FWIW - Wilson of HK stepped up and bought shares in his company - along with other members of the HK management team.
