As of today's close the Sweet 16 is up 3.4% YTD with MTDR (up 18.8%) and SN (up 30.1%) leading the pack. Maybe it is because they were promoted to the Sweet 16 on January 1st. It is quite an honor for any small-cap to make it into this group.
OAS and ROSE are both down more than 8% YTD. ROSE produces a lot of unhedged NGLs, so it should be getting a revenue boost that I doubt Wall Street has figured out yet. NGLS are now up 40% to 50% from where they were six months ago.
OAS and the other Bakken companies are down because of weather related delays up in North Dakota. OAS will have strong production growth during the second half of this year. This would be a good one to sell long-dated Puts on. OAS should be over $60 by year-end.
GPOR is another that will get a HUGE revenue boost from higher NGL prices.
