I just got off the phone with someone who used to work for PetroBank. He confirmed my opinion that Lightstream is grossly undervalued by the market. He said their estimated NAV for Lightstream was close to $17Cdn/share. My Fair Value Estimate is $13.90Cdn/share.

LSTMF is currently trading at less than 2X my cash flow per share forecast for 2014.

They have some non-core assets for sale and I believe when they announce those sales, which will shore up the balance sheet, the stock will move a lot higher.

Q4 results and asset sales are good.

Share price down on lower production guidance for 2014, but they will be fine if production comes in near 44,000 boepd. Higher oil prices will offset lower production in my model. Dividends should be secure.
