I will open the presentation on Wednesday with why I think today was the start of a significant rally in oil prices. Speculators finally realized that the oil market is tightening, OPEC is serious and WTI under $50 is unsustainable. U.S. production growth will flatline at today's oil price and OECD oil inventories are falling fast.
