Lots of gasoline is going to be burned this week as Florida residents evacuate ahead of Irma's arrival. People living near the Atlantic Coast in Georgia, South & North Carolina should also be moving inland. If any of you live in these areas do not hit the road assuming you will be able to get gasoline along the way.
Refiners are coming back on-line and they will be needing more oil to ramp up gasoline production.
Irma will be keeping tankers away from the region, so imports will be down.
My SWAG is that by the end of September, U.S. inventories of crude oil, gasoline and diesel will be much lower.
