Dan,
Do you have any favorites at these knocked-down prices? Danke schoen.

Re: favorites?
You can find my valuations for each company in the newsletter. My valuations of PXD and EPM have increased since they released Q4 results.
Keep in mind that the valuations in the 1-22-2018 newsletter are based on $50 WTI oil and $3.00 HH gas. Plus, I now believe I should have used much higher NGL prices in my forecast/valuation models.

At the top of the EPG home page we have added a new tab: "High Yield"
If you are investing to build a portfolio of companies that pay steady dividends, then this is a good place to start. Just click on the tab.
For our High Yield Income Portfolio we are primarily focused on companies that have solid balance sheets and strong cash flow from operations. We want companies that can sustain their current dividend payout rate and increase it in the near future. Potential for capital appreciation is a close second on our list of desires. Within this group are common and preferred stocks that pay regular dividends and Master Limited Partnerships (“MLP”).
MLPs are publicly traded Limited Partnerships or Limited Liability Companies (“LLC”) that have elected to be treated as partnerships for Federal Income Tax purposes. Their shares are called “Units” and they trade on major exchanges just like common and preferred stock. The MLP structure is a good fit for midstream companies that generate steady cash flow.

I subscribe to Keith Kohl's "Energy Investor" newsletter. In the February edition (dated 2-9-2018) his top two picks for 2018 at Matador Resources (MTDR) and Diamondback Energy (FANG). Both are in our Sweet 16.
Keith also likes Approach Resources (AREX) and Ring Energy (REI). I am not a huge fan of AREX, but it is a Prime Takeover target because it holds a lot of HBP leasehold in the Midland Basin. Most of their leasehold is Tier Two quality, but it is definitely economic at $60 WTI.
Keith also likes Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: CQP), which is high on my Watch List for an addition to our High Yield Income Portfolio. Starting in Q4 2017, which s/b reported on within two weeks, CQP is expected to report rising earnings and DCF quarter-after-quarter as it ramps up LNG exports.
