We were working on the next edition of "The View From Houston " newsletter until close to midnight last night. We are having a problem with the newsletter software. It is causing the pictures and charts to come out "fuzzy". If we cannot get the problem solved we will still send it out on Tuesday, April 2.

Sorry for the delay. The last seven days, starting with Susan's back surgery last Tuesday, have been a "pain in the ass". I swear that computers must know how to get under our skin.
