OXY's dividend in question

With OXY apparent successful bid for APC, do you think OXY will cut their dividend. They are acquiring substantial debt. Any thoughts?

OXY is a former Sweet 16 company, but I don't follow it closely anymore. That said, I doubt that they will cut their dividend. They need shareholder approval to close a deal of this size.

They are increasing their debt, but they are also acquiring some extremely valuable assets at a good price. OXY will be selling pieces of Anadarko for Big Bucks.
