Utica Shale

The Utica Shale could be the next "Big Thing" in the shale plays. Sweet 16 member, Gulfport Energy (GPOR) and EV Energy Partners (EVEP), from our MLP Watch List, have significant exposure to the play. I have talked to GPOR and they are very excited about the potential they have in their 65,000 net acres. GPOR is planning to kick off a 20 well drilling program in the Utica Shale in December.
