Cruise Ships: What are they doing now?

Post by dan_s »

Susan and I have been on more than 40 cruises, including 8 annual EPG Cruises. In January we went on the Symphony of the Seas, the largest ship in the RCL fleet, for the annual EPG Cruise. We stayed two days at my sisters home in Fort Lauderday and then went on a 11-day Celebrity cruise. I can see why some people actually retire on these ships.

We are "Diamond Plus" members on Royal Caribbean (RCL).

Here is article that contains a short video that tells what nice things the cruise lines are doing for their crew these days. All of the cruise ships have suspended cruise for at least 30 days. If you've never been on an Oasis Class ship, the video at the link below will give you a good idea of how wonderful they are. The crew members are outstanding young people from all over the world.

We have two cruises planned for this year, one back to Alaska. If we do have to cancel, RCL will give us 120% credit on any future cruise.
