Lou Powers: The World Energy Dilemma

EPG Member Lou Powers is scheduled to make two presentations related to his book http://TheWorldEnergyDilemma.com.
> One to the SPEE(Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers) September 7th., and
> to the SPE(Society of Petroleum Engineers)September 8th.

Both will be at the Petroleum Club at noon, downtown Houston. The SPE meeting on the 8th probably has the most space available. Reservation information is available on Powers Web Site (above), with a direct link to the SPE on line reservation desk.

Powers talk will focus on the ability of Saudi Arabia to deliver oil and will also cover the other various energy dilemmas and items that are included in his book related to his 50 plus years as a petroleum engineer and manager, 19 years with Humble-Exxon , two years as Chief Petroleum Engineer with Saudi Aramco, and 33 years as an independent oil consultant.
EPG, President Dan Steffens has reviewed his manuscript recommends EPG members take the 12% discount Powers is offering those that promise to purchase the book ahead of publication. Publication per recent communication from PennWell now scheduled for late winter early spring.
