Re: Diamondback Energy (FANG) Q1 Results - May 4
I have updated my forecast/valuation for FANG. I am increasing my valuation by $7 to $58/share.
> FANG now has a very high percentage of their 2020 oil production hedged.
> They have locked in $2.0 to $2.1 billion cash flow from operations, which locks in enough FCF to keep paying dividends this year.
> Q1 production of 321,057 Boepd will be high point for 2020, but they will be in great shape heading into 2021.
This one is a perfect example of "Survive 2020 to Thrive in 2021".
