> Hemisphere is a small company, but it is generating a lot of free cash flow from operations.
> In Q2 when their oil only sold for $22.98/bbl their operating cash flow (net of interest expense and G&A) was $9.08/bbl. In Q3 is should be over $21/bbl. < Very few of our model portfolio companies can match this.
> 100% of their production is oil.
> It is not a shale company and it has an extremely low depletion rate. In fact, without completing any new wells in 2020, HME production should be up 5% year-over-year.
> My current valuation of the stock is 5X what it is trading for today.
