Energy XXI was added to the Sweet 16 on Monday, October 24 in anticipation of their FY Q1 results. They did not disappoint me. Results crushed my original forecast and now that over 70% of their oil is hedged at Brent, the outlook for the next two years is rock solid.
I have just posted my updated Net Income and Cash Flow Forecast model for EXXI under the Watch List tab. My estimated Fair Value is show at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
I will take awhile before our programers can get EXXI moved under the Sweet 16 tab.
