Hoarding will become a major problem because consumers lack confidence in the supply lines.

Summer Blend gasoline costs about $0.10/gallon to make.

It is not just the Colonial Pipeline problem. U.S. gasoline inventories are dangerously low and refiners MUST ramp up production soon to avoid regional supply shortages.
