Near the end of the podcast I update you on the oil & natural gas price assumptions that I will be using in all of my forecast/valuation models. I didn't update the table on slide 14, so to clarify these are the commodity prices I will be using on all future forecast models.
2022
Q1 & Q2: $87.50/bbl for WTI
Q3 & Q4: $82.50/bbl for WTI
Full year average of $85/bbl
Q1 & Q4: $4.00/MMBtu for HH gas
Q2 & Q3: $3.50/MMBtu for HH gas
Full year average of $3.75/MMBtu
2023
$80.00/bbl for WTI
$3.50/MMBtu for HH gas
For each individual company forecast model, I do adjust for regional differentials and for hedges to come up with "realized" cash prices.
