All of the Sweet 16 closed higher today despite WTI closing below $100.

IMO that is a good sign that The Big Paradigm Shift is sinking in. During Phase 3 we will see Multiple Expansion.
That's when we see the Big Gains in upstream stocks.

Hang Tough. The Wall Street Gang will be paying a lot more attention to the Energy Sector and Q2 results are going to be very good.
