By the end of July the weather will be cooler than normal in the eastern half of the U.S., so will the "Climate Emergency" be called off? My guess is NO.
However, by mid-August we will see increasing tropical storm activity in the Gulf of Mexico.

Look for the natural gas price to move back under $8.00 next week and then spike when a hurricane is heading into the Gulf of Mexico.
