One of the primary characteristics of a good leader is "Positioning" > They put highly qualified people into management roles.

Biden's positioning skills get an "F".

Reagan was an astute communicator, well studied on the issues of the day and surrounded himself by an A team of advisers. Obama, a good communicator, not well studied but an ideologue surrounded himself by a B team. Biden, as Bob Gates noted, "Wrong on every major foreign policy decision for the last 40 years," and not too bright has surrounded himself by Obama's B team. Add to this disaster obvious cognitive decline. Susan Rice is probably running the teleprompter and the White House. Hence the mess we find the country.

If Team Biden bans exports of refined products it will go on the list of very bad decisions as it will push many countries' economies over the cliff. They are messing with the global energy market and they don't know what they are doing and they will not listen to industry people.
