GEOI and GST

Updated Net Income and Cash Flow forecast models for GeoResources (GEOI) and Gastar (GST) have been posted under the Sweet 16 Tab.

I am increasing my Fair Value estimate for GEOI and lowering it for GST. Both are trading well below my Fair Value estimate. If GST can deliver on their 1st quarter production guidance, I may increase my Fair Value estimate.

For GST, I recommend you take a hard look at their 8.625% Series A pfd stock. At $20/share the yield is over 10.7%. It pays dividends monthly and they are tax deferred (since it has no earnings and profits for income tax purposes).
