National Bank of Canada, comments on Surge. They now have crude at 81 for 2024, trading at about 2.5 x times cash flow per share... insane. They pay a 10 cent CAD quarterly dividend

other comments High torque to higher oil prices. This report was early September before the stellar gains in WTI last 6 weeks and uses @ 75 oil. RIsk is lower oil prices due to recession
