Key is that Matador's production beat my forecast. They like to under-promise and over-deliver on their production guidance.

Adjusted net income also beat my forecast.

I will update my forecast/valuation model this afternoon.

MTDR is a prime takeover target as a pure play on the Permian Basin with lots of high-quality running room.
