It sure looks like oil has found a base at $82 to $84. Actually a bit higher than I thought.

Tougher sanctions on Iran are now just days away.

Demand for liquid fuels is forecast to be 1.5 to 2.0 million bbls per day higher in Q3 than in Q2.

WTI closed at $81.20 today on bearish storage report. Brent closed at around $93, so the gap has narrowed.
