Nexen (NXY) is a former Sweet 16 member. It is a first class outfit.

Mr. Obama better get it together before the Chinese start moving more oil to the West Coast for export. The U.S. needs to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline now and get moving. We need to secure that oil supply for the future.
